Hello everyone!
If exhibitions are your thing, there are plenty happening in the vicinity of Love Stitching!
Firstly, the good folks at Lagan Valley Patchwork Guild are currently exhibiting a display of their work in the Hillsborough Village Centre in Hillsborough Co Down. Further details available at:
Secondly, the fabulous quilters of the Quilters Guild of the British Isles, Region 17 have a quilt exhibition on display in Cregagh Library, Belfast.
Although I haven’t got visiting this exhibition yet, I do have a piece of my own on display so I know that there is at least one humourous quilt on the theme ‘Behind Closed Doors’!

Finally, the fabulous work of Northern Ireland’s finest GCSE and A-level art students is on display in the True Colours Exhibition which is showing in the Ulster Museum, Botanic Avenue, Belfast.
The standard of work is really quite extraordinary and I would absolutely recommend a visit! Better be quick with this one though as it finishes before the end of February.
Again, further information is available at http://www.nmni.com
This stunning 3D piece is the work of an exceptionally talented GCSE student from Methodist College, Belfast. WOW!
Thanks for reading folks, and I hope you get a chance to visit at least one of these wonderful exhibitions!
